Reservations
Upon reserving any service, we kindly request a credit card number. Should there be a need to reschedule any appointment, please notify Avanti at least 24 hours in advance for individual services or 48 hours in advance for multiple services to avoid being charged for the service.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be purchased for any denomination or service. Gift Cards do not expire, are non-refundable, and Avanti cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Children
To insure the comfort of all Avanti guests, children are most welcome in the Salon area provided they are receiving a service or are being supervised at all times. Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated in the Spa area as Avanti strives to provide a discreet and relaxing atmosphere.
Attire
In the Salon, a protective robe will be offered for all services. At the Spa, separate women’s & men’s locker rooms with showers are available. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Undergarments may be worn during Spa services, if you so choose.
Salon & Spa Considerations
It is suggested that new clients arrive 20 minutes and returning clients arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled services. This will allow ample time to fill out any clientele records required, change and begin your relaxation. All treatments end on time regardless of start time to accommodate the next arriving client.
At the Spa, a relaxed and quiet atmosphere is provided for all to enjoy. Out of respect for other guests, please leave all electronic devices in the “off” mode and in your locker.
Please let us know if you have any health conditions we should be aware of, such as high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, etc. This can greatly affect receiving any Spa services you have requested. Expecting mothers will be required to provide a doctor’s notice allowing the permission of any Spa service.
It is Avanti’s discretion to deny any service deemed unsuitable or considered a health risk. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any misplaced items. Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home.
